What helps a first email
None of this is required - but a paragraph hitting these four points means we can reply with something useful instead of a follow-up question.
- What data you're working with.Two sentences is plenty. Where it lives, what shape it's in, roughly how much of it.
- What hurts right now.The specific pain - the format nobody can parse, the duplicates, the source that keeps changing. The reason you're reaching out today.
- What success looks like.A clean dataset, a report, a feed you can trust - anything more concrete than "better data."
- Constraints if any.On-prem only? A deadline? Tell us up front so nobody wastes a call.
One paragraph. That's all we need.
